BACCH @ RCPCH Annual Conference 2010

The theme for the guest speakers at the BACCH session held at Warwick University during the RCPCH Annual Conference 2010 was Fair Shares for All. The session was jointly arranged with the Child Public Health Interest Group and the RCPCH Advocacy Committee with the intention of highlighting key public health policy issues in food and nutrition, relating to the determinants of child obesity. The topics chosen were breast feeding, food policy and the global issue of child malnutrition. Speakers were chosen for their interest in the policy aspects of their topic, as well as the links with child health.
