Smith Institute inquiry of the NHS Reform Programme The Smith Institute is undertaking an inquiry into the strengths and weaknesses of the NHS reform programme and is helping promote a national debate on the pros and cons of the reforms and wants to hear the views of health and social care professionals, patient groups, and GPs. As part of the inquiry, it will be visiting Leeds, Bristol and Manchester, and invite you to a conversation with John Healey MP (Shadow Secretary of State for Health), and Neil Churchill (Chair of inquiry & Chief Executive, Asthma UK).
