  • We are charging a small fee to help cover the costs of running the virtual event.
  • Only payment by credit/debit card is available.  If this is a problem for you, the Treasurer will consider requests for other payment methods on a one-off basis.
  • We will send login details for the meeting prior to the event (to the email address you used to book a place).

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (via email). 
  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance or cancellations received after Monday 2 November 2020.
  • Cancellations received prior to this date will be eligible for a full refund, minus card processing fees.
  • Delegates may make arrangements for a substitute to attend in their place at any time with no cost incurred by contacting the BACCH office.
