On the first Wednesday of every month (1 - 2pm), Trainees are invited to join interactive, case-based learning sessions based on a model originating from the USA called Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO). The model connects clinicians with a multidisciplinary specialist panel to explore complex cases with teaching and insights from experts and lived experience advocates. Discussions will include the overlap between ADHD, autism, trauma, intellectual disability and other neurodevelopmental and behavioural presentations.

This session will be an orientation to launch the programme, running from November 2026 to July 2027. It will focus on Neurodevelopmental assessments: latest evidence and the future direction of services, plus an introduction to ECHO and how this hub will work.

As this is the launch session there will be no cases this month.

The Teams link is shared on the BACCH National Trainee Network WhatsApp group - if you are not in the National Trainee Network, please email the BACCH office to request the Teams link and code to join the group.
