Exhibiting Opportunities
The 2026 BACCH Annual Scientific Meeting is being held in Cardiff on 16-17 September, with part of the programme also available online for virtual delegates.
The venue is the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, and the exhibitor area will be the Carne Foyer (and Linbury Gallery if required). A floor plan of the Carne Foyer is attached below. The venue is being hired on an exclusive-use basis, so the general public will not have access to the exhibitors' areas.
The 2025 hybrid event had around 200 in-person delegates, and we hope that 2026 will attract similar numbers. The majority of delegates in 2025 were UK-based Consultant Community Paediatricians, with trainees and SAS doctors also attending; we expect similar this year.
Costs

Booking
All exhibitor slots for 2026 are now taken, but please complete the enquiry form via the button below if you wish to be added to the waiting list.
- You should receive an acknowledgement email when you submit the form but it won't include your response details, so please save a copy before you press the submit button.
- The cost for exhibitors includes lunch and refreshments for up to two people.
- On receipt of booking we will confirm details and invoice you.
- Deadline to submit booking form: 17 August 2026
- Deadline to receive artwork for programme adverts/ company logo: 17 August 2026
